I acknowledge that I live and work on the current and ancestral homelands and waters of The Council of Three Fires: The Ojibwe, Odawa, and Potawatomie nations, as well as the Menominee, Miami and Ho-Chunk nations. These lands and waters, where I am an uninvited colonizer, were and remain sites of home, trade, travel, gathering, and healing for members of more than a dozen Native tribes. In support of Native sovereignty and decolonization, and in concert with my entrepreneurial feminist colleagues, I use my work to co-create a world where the politics of domination, such as those maintained by settler colonialism, patriarchy, White supremacy, and all systems of oppression, are no longer normal or possible.
